After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Franco Tobias managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Portal's supporters rose to their feet, but Franco Tobias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Nafría breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beniarbeig AFC's goalkeeper Ismael Nafría, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ismael Nafría didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 14th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After 18 played minutes El Portal got a freekick which was hit by Romo De Paula. After 21 played minutes El Portal got a freekick which was hit by Romo De Paula. After a defensive mix-up in El Portal's zone, Vito Ribas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Illan Labarra came out of the goal and Vito Ribas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. El Portal's Illan Labarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Llorca in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Beniarbeig AFC's Javier Llorca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Illan Labarra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Illan Labarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito Ribas in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Clemencin Saez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ismael Nafría, 2-0. In the 32nd minute, Javier Llorca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Javier Llorca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Illan Labarra having to interfere. After some careless play in the El Portal defense, Javier Llorca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Illan Labarra. The El Portal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Illan Labarra should have stopped the shot. Beniarbeig AFC's Vito Ribas got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vito Ribas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Illan Labarra having to interfere.

Remigio Alonso hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the match, Beniarbeig AFC's Javier Llorca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Illan Labarra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vito Ribas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Illan Labarra firmly grabbed it by the left post. Paco Ortiz hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Javier Llorca had several of the El Portal's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 67 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Illan Labarra as he didn't even see the shot coming. Vito Ribas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Illan Labarra made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Beniarbeig AFC's zone, Clemencin Saez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Nafría came out of the goal and Clemencin Saez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Beniarbeig AFC's Nicodemo Serena got a free kick in the 78th minute. Franco Tobias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ismael Nafría tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ismael Nafría made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemencin Saez in the 81st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Beniarbeig AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Clemencin Saez came free, but Ismael Nafría reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franco Tobias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Nafría having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
