Araoz Izquierdo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Macario Castelao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dino Escurza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Venceslao Guasch's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Malgrat De Mar's Macario Castelao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pello Fernandez in the 20th minute of play. In the last second Macario Castelao throw himself and got hold of the ball when Pello Fernandez in the 24thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Venceslao Guasch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Dino Escurza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Venceslao Guasch came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Malgrat De Mar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Venceslao Guasch couldn't finish the play. Asier Alfaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Dino Escurza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

If Venceslao Guasch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Macario Castelao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Araoz Izquierdo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucio Bouzas's late challenge caught a Nueva Jarilla AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucio Bouzas helped the player get up and apologised. Lucio Bouzas hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Asier Alfaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 65th minute, Malgrat De Mar's Venceslao Guasch ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dino Escurza. Dino Escurza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Macario Castelao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pello Fernandez in the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Malgrat De Mar's Casimiro Leseduarte got a free kick in the 69th minute. Araoz Izquierdo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Macario Castelao having to make a save. If Asier Alfaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Malgrat De Mar's Venceslao Guasch, in the 76th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Malgrat De Mar. Macario Castelao came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Nueva Jarilla AFC's Araoz Izquierdo. But to his dismay, Araoz Izquierdo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Asier Alfaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Malgrat De Mar's Asier Alfaro got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lawrence Alacuart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Escurza having to interfere. Malgrat De Mar were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
