Aznar Dorado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Ladra, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elpidio Rosario during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Elpidio Rosario kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After 12 minutes, Toni España mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galarreta and the Riders of Storm players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th minute, Toni España hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the game, Pablo Garrido was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Riders of Storm's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galarreta the free kick. Pablo Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Ferdinand Ladra made a precise shot to the right of Aznar Dorado. Riders of Storm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Nabar Planes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gamus Contratas during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gamus Contratas hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Quique Bajo took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aznar Dorado. Aznar Dorado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Pablo Garrido was shown his second yellow card after 40 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Quique Bajo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Aznar Dorado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quique Bajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Galarreta were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Quique Bajo to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Riders of Storm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Otero to maneuver through the defense. Quique Bajo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Aznar Dorado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferdinand Ladra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aznar Dorado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quique Bajo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Nabar Planes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riders of Storm's supporters rose to their feet, but Nabar Planes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Víctor Carro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Riders of Storm's Aznar Dorado got control of the ball when Ferdinand Ladra tried to sneak it across the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Riders of Storm's goalkeeper Aznar Dorado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferdinand Ladra. Vladimir Sainz charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vladimir Sainz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Nabar Planes came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Riders of Storm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nabar Planes couldn't finish the play. Aznar Dorado was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Ferdinand Ladra capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ferdinand Ladra really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Quique Bajo took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aznar Dorado. Aznar Dorado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Quique Bajo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aznar Dorado having to make a save. 0-6 became the score in the 83rd minute when Quique Bajo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Quique Bajo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galarreta's supporters rose to their feet, but Quique Bajo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aznar Dorado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the match, Riders of Storm's goal looked a bit too open when Quique Bajo came free, but Aznar Dorado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Galarreta's Quique Bajo got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Galarreta supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Galarreta would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
