Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Zacarías Harroyo made the kick off which started today's match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zacarías Harroyo in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danilo Gonzáles saved Figueres AFC from getting behind. Danilo Gonzáles came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by CANBARC C.D's Torsten Hydén. But to his dismay, Torsten Hydén quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anxelu Garrido in the 8th minute of play forced Figueres AFC's goalkeeper Danilo Gonzáles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of CANBARC C.D booed when Figueres AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Pacheco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zacarías Harroyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Gonzáles having to interfere. Danilo Gonzáles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anxelu Garrido's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, CANBARC C.D's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Pacheco came free, but Kiko Marin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Urtsin Villanueva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danilo Gonzáles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anxelu Garrido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlo Zubiaga in the 22nd minute of play forced CANBARC C.D's goalkeeper Kiko Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Anxelu Garrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The CANBARC C.D fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when CANBARC C.D's Zacarías Harroyo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kiko Marin made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Eusebio Pacheco sent off a good shot on target. With 32 minutes on the clock, Naldo Baptista commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 34th minute there was a penalty for Figueres AFC. Ted Pantoja stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kiko Marin. 1-2. CANBARC C.D's Anxelu Garrido got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 38 minutes into the game, CANBARC C.D's Torsten Hydén nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Danilo Gonzáles made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Torsten Hydén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half CANBARC C.D were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Orlo Zubiaga made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Orlo Zubiaga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Figueres AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. If Tonio Landa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 60th minute Torsten Hydén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Gonzáles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Figueres AFC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Sinforoso Gonzalvez hit a great ball. Adán Garate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Danilo Gonzáles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anxelu Garrido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Gonzáles having to interfere. When Carlos Costa fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CANBARC C.D's protests and gave Carlos Costa a yellow card for diving instead. When Ted Pantoja came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Figueres AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ted Pantoja couldn't finish the play. Torsten Hydén might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danilo Gonzáles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Torsten Hydén ran back to his position shaking his head. If Anxelu Garrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Figueres AFC's zone, Torsten Hydén stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Gonzáles came out of the goal and Torsten Hydén tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th match minute, Figueres AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Pacheco to maneuver through the defense.
