Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eriz Iniesta took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hanni Baltanas struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Gentza Llinares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calicasas. After 10 minutes, Cordarin Cortes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Calicasas and the Benifaraig AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alfronso Cienfuegos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzo Cabrera, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eriz Iniesta in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gentza Llinares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfronso Cienfuegos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sagrario Tobias, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 31st minute, Hanni Baltanas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benifaraig AFC's Gentza Llinares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriz Iniesta in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzo Cabrera in the 37th minute of play forced Calicasas's goalkeeper Alfronso Cienfuegos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 played minutes Calicasas got a freekick which was hit by Andres Silvestre. If Hanni Baltanas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gentza Llinares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriz Iniesta in the 46th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sagrario Tobias to strike the kick off in the second half. Alfronso Cienfuegos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonzo Cabrera in the 52nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonzo Cabrera got free with Alfronso Cienfuegos in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th minute, Eriz Iniesta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the game, Calicasas's Eriz Iniesta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gentza Llinares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Alfronso Cienfuegos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonzo Cabrera in the 64th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Benifaraig AFC's zone, Cordarin Cortes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gentza Llinares came out of the goal and Cordarin Cortes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gentza Llinares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriz Iniesta in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriz Iniesta in the 71st minute of play forced Benifaraig AFC's goalkeeper Gentza Llinares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Eriz Iniesta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calicasas's supporters rose to their feet, but Eriz Iniesta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gentza Llinares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hanni Baltanas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the match, Calicasas's goal looked a bit too open when Sagrario Tobias came free, but Alfronso Cienfuegos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonzo Cabrera in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alfronso Cienfuegos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 84th minute, Hussein Carreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sagrario Tobias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Alfronso Cienfuegos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sagrario Tobias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Alfronso Cienfuegos managed to avoid a goal in the 98thth minute, when Benifaraig AFC's Gonzo Cabrera fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Calicasas fans cheered their team off the field, for while Benifaraig AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
