Zuriko Villanueva took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basilio Ruiz. Basilio Ruiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to Mequinenza getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Fermín Navas hit a great ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dario Navarro to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Eneas Gonzalez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mequinenza and the Jabalcuz players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Jabalcuz booed when Mequinenza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eneas Gonzalez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Dani Palomares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jabalcuz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mequinenza the free kick. Basilio Ruiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zuriko Villanueva in the 57th minute of the match. Alejo Barro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejo Barro couldn't finish the play. After 87 played minutes Jabalcuz got a freekick which was hit by Dani Palomares. Basilio Ruiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Barro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Mequinenza supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Jabalcuz's performance. The match ended with a win for Jabalcuz.
