Hermenegildo Martínez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nahia Morales in the 30th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Nahia Morales managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Carrer De Dalt AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nahia Morales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermenegildo Martínez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 34 played minutes Caño Quebrado FC got a freekick which was hit by Raúl Gala. The audience was convinced that Mauricio Harroyo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hermenegildo Martínez was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Eliu Contratas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iñaki Vidal having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The attack was good, but when Nahia Morales in the 53rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Aratz Roca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aratz Roca might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iñaki Vidal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aratz Roca ran back to his position shaking his head. 1-2 became the score in the 63rd minute when Aratz Roca elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as El Carrer De Dalt AFC's Mauricio Harroyo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hermenegildo Martínez. That made the score 1-3 after 69 minutes of play. Aratz Roca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Caño Quebrado FC's zone, Nahia Morales stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermenegildo Martínez came out of the goal and Nahia Morales tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nofre Portillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermenegildo Martínez having to interfere.
