Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauricio Harroyo in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Esteban prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Francisco Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Esteban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Harroyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mauricio Harroyo came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the El Carrer De Dalt AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauricio Harroyo couldn't finish the play. Nahia Morales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Olímpico Fraga's zone, Mauricio Harroyo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Esteban came out of the goal and Mauricio Harroyo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. El Carrer De Dalt AFC's Iñaki Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan-Francisco Ruiz in the 33rd minute of play. Asteri Alfaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in El Carrer De Dalt AFC's zone, Juan-Francisco Ruiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iñaki Vidal came out of the goal and Juan-Francisco Ruiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Asteri Alfaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nahia Morales took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge Esteban. Jorge Esteban dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0.

The wind increased when Juan-Francisco Ruiz made the kick off in the second half. Jorge Esteban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Harroyo in the 55th minute of the match. El Carrer De Dalt AFC's Nahia Morales got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, Olímpico Fraga's Juan-Francisco Ruiz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iñaki Vidal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th minute Mauricio Harroyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Esteban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauricio Harroyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Esteban having to interfere. Nahia Morales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute Mauricio Harroyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Esteban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Francisco Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute, Juan-Francisco Ruiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Mauricio Harroyo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Esteban was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Juan-Francisco Ruiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iñaki Vidal having to interfere. Jorge Esteban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Harroyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Mauricio Harroyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jorge Esteban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. El Carrer De Dalt AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
