Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Athletic club de Basauri's Nastasio Mas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jerico Treviño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eguzki Canal having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Arbo's zone, Jerico Treviño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eguzki Canal came out of the goal and Jerico Treviño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st match minute, Arbo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolao Griego to maneuver through the defense. Jerico Treviño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Eguzki Canal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Athletic club de Basauri's Nastasio Mas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eguzki Canal. That made the score 1-0 after 30 minutes of play. Nastasio Mass short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Eguzki Canal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 37th minute, Athletic club de Basauri's Nastasio Mas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eguzki Canal. Eguzki Canal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After 40 played minutes Arbo got a freekick which was hit by Nicodemo Vives. If Nicolao Griego had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 45 minutes, Jerico Treviño managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Athletic club de Basauri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerico Treviño was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicolao Griego to strike the kick off in the second half. Aire Montaña recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Epicuro Companys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolao Griego in the 55th minute of play. When Doroteo Marques fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Athletic club de Basauri's protests and gave Doroteo Marques a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th minute, Doroteo Marques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jerico Treviño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eguzki Canal having to interfere. In the 70th minute Jerico Treviño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eguzki Canal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Athletic club de Basauri's Epicuro Companys got control of the ball when Fresco Navarro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Jerico Treviño managed to get in a good position for a shot. Athletic club de Basauri's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerico Treviño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eguzki Canal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicodemo Vives hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Athletic club de Basauri fully deserved thier win.
