In the 21st minute of the match Santi Quintero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge Balcells skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Basilio Rua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tapa e nalga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Basilio Rua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Balcells breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jorge Caballero charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Caballero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Atlético Monzón's Quique Novo got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manolo Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quique Novo in the 38th minute of play. Felipo Tarin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manolo Salgado having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Tapa e nalga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felipo Tarin came free, but Manolo Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pericles Gabas's late challenge caught a Tapa e nalga FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pericles Gabas helped the player get up and apologised. Felipo Tarin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 96 minutes of play, Tapa e nalga FC's Basilio Rua made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Balcells was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tapa e nalga FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
