Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sixto Morales made the kick off which started today's match. Elias Nunez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Sevilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After 4 minutes of play, C.D. Esparragal's Sixto Morales made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tabor Quiroga was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elias Nunez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yiyo Sánchez in the 8th minute of play. 1-1 became the score in the 10th minute when Yiyo Sánchez elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Salazar in the 13th minute of play forced C.D. Esparragal's goalkeeper Elias Nunez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, C.D. Esparragal's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Urbina came free, but Elias Nunez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.D. Esparragal's Sixto Morales was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 19th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Teobaldo Salazar scored 2-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elias Nunez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Ruguilla's Yiyo Sánchez got a free kick in the 25th minute. Teobaldo Salazar took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elias Nunez. Elias Nunez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. 31 minutes into the match, C.D. Esparragal's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Urbina came free, but Elias Nunez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sixto Morales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ruguilla's Gandolfo Montes got a free kick in the 34th minute. Sixto Morales recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Che Pabon came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the C.D. Esparragal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Che Pabon couldn't finish the play. Teobaldo Salazar kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes, C.D. Esparragal's Manolito Maldonado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tabor Quiroga came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.D. Esparragal reached it. Sixto Morales recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.
In the 51st minute, Yiyo Sánchez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd minute, Sixto Morales got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. C.D. Esparragal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Yiyo Sánchez scored to the left of an out of position Elias Nunez, making the score, 2-4. 67 minutes into the match, Teobaldo Salazar notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of C.D. Esparragal's Elias Nunez. Elias Nunez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 70th match minute, Ruguilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleodoro Ortiz to maneuver through the defense. Esparragal booed when Ruguilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaiet Arraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benito Urbina got free with Elias Nunez in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sixto Morales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Tabor Quiroga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When C.D. Esparragal's Sixto Morales in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ruguilla's goalie prevented a goal. When Che Pabon came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the C.D. Esparragal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Che Pabon couldn't finish the play. Yiyo Sánchez kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. If Sixto Morales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sixto Morales blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tabor Quiroga having to make a save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ruguilla had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
