Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gilberto Abancens started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ceandro Cazorla charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ceandro Cazorla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Villarin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 2nd minute. Penalty! Kelemen Lermo shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Abancens in the 8th minute of play forced Villel's goalkeeper Andrés Cainzos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Germán Baeza hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the match, Villel's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Abancens came free, but Andrés Cainzos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Urko Tarin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andrés Cainzos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Gilberto Abancens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrés Cainzos. Villel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Abancens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafael Darroja during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 22 played minutes Villarin got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Darroja. Chan Blanco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrés Cainzos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Abancens, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th match minute, Villel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabon Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute Chan Blanco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrés Cainzos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Urko Tarin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villarin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Ruiz in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cordera Durango saved Villarin from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Andrés Cainzos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Urko Tarin in the 51st minute. After a rather tough play, Villel's Barea Munoz got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Villel's Andrés Cainzos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Abancens in the 59th minute of play. Andrés Cainzos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chan Blanco in the 61st minute of play. After having played for 62 minutes, Quinito Mondejar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villarin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Quinito Mondejar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 66 played minutes Villel got a freekick which was hit by Barea Munoz. When Fidel Zafrilla came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Villel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidel Zafrilla couldn't finish the play. Evaristo Ruiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrés Cainzos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Darroja, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Andrés Cainzos made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Urko Tarin sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Villel's Andrés Cainzos got control of the ball when Urko Tarin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gabon Barbosa hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Villarin played a much better game than Villel and deserved their victory. The Villel players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
