In the 5th match minute, Deportiva Alberzoteña was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Portero to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, OsM F.C.'s Estefan Llinares got control of the ball when Armando Portero tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 13th minute, Ricardo Obis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cucu Cabezas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Deportiva Alberzoteña's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OsM F.C. the free kick. When Raymond Marques came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the OsM F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raymond Marques couldn't finish the play. In the 32nd minute, Abel Solo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tristan Marines was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Cucu Cabezas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Estefan Llinares having to interfere. Estefan Llinares was a little too slow when Cucu Cabezas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 42nd match minute, Deportiva Alberzoteña was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasio Quevedo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Deportiva Alberzoteña's zone, Raymond Marques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tristan Marines came out of the goal and Raymond Marques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Armando Portero scored 2-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Estefan Llinares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abel Solo to make the kick off. A collision led to OsM F.C. getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Dimas Lagunas hit a great ball. When Cucu Cabezas fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportiva Alberzoteña's protests and gave Cucu Cabezas a yellow card for diving instead. There was no doubt that Deportiva Alberzoteña were the better team. Deportiva Alberzoteña's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
