Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ponciano Hevia got the match started through his kick off. When Ponciano Hevia came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Portela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ponciano Hevia couldn't finish the play. Joey Nieto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Maurin Olle made a huge save. Zelipe Saavedra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Marcio Andres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zelipe Saavedra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Leo Cartagena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joey Nieto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ponciano Hevia struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Maurin Olle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portela. After having played for 37 minutes, Zelipe Saavedra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abenfigo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zelipe Saavedra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Portela's Leo Cartagena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcio Andres in the 42nd minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zelipe Saavedra to make the kick off. Guillen Pedrosa struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. In the 78th minute Zelipe Saavedra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Cartagena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Leo Cartagena managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Abenfigo's Marcio Andres fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcio Andres's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leo Cartagena firmly grabbed it by the left post. Zelipe Saavedra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leo Cartagena having to make a save. Marcio Andres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Leo Cartagena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
