Los Alces's Muno Rey got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Aquilino Vallejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oriche Rojas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Canosa in the 18th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Los Alces defense, Marcelo Canosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oriche Rojas. The Los Alces fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oriche Rojas should have stopped the shot. When Min Urquijo fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Alces's protests and gave Min Urquijo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Traiguera SAD booed when Los Alces was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Min Urquijo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcelo Canosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oriche Rojas having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Los Alces's zone, César Ponte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oriche Rojas came out of the goal and César Ponte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Los Alces players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Traiguera SAD were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Muno Rey was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Los Alces getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Nicholas Ponce hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, Muno Rey notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Traiguera SAD's Aimar Urbina. Aimar Urbina was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 63rd minute, Marcelo Canosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Canosa in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oriche Rojas saved Los Alces from getting behind. With his leg Oriche Rojas managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Traiguera SAD's César Ponte fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 70th minute Marcelo Canosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oriche Rojas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicholas Ponce charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicholas Ponce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 70 played minutes Los Alces got a freekick which was hit by Nicholas Ponce. Marcelo Canosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Oriche Rojas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Traiguera SAD booed when Los Alces was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Paris didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcelo Canosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Oriche Rojas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Los Alces's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marcelo Canosa 85 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Marcelo Canosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oriche Rojas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Canosa in the 91st minute of play. If César Ponte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Traiguera SAD could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Los Alces throughout the match.
