An unexpectedly hard shot by Macerio Mangas in the 13th minute of play forced choripanes fc's goalkeeper Sergi Griego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, choripanes fc's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Hidalgo came free, but Sergi Griego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sergi Griego came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Santa Gertrudis SD's Xandro Calatayud. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sergi Griego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlo Hidalgo in the 41st minute of the match. Nando Romero in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dubardo Soto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sergi Griego came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Santa Gertrudis SD's Macerio Mangas. But to his dismay, Macerio Mangas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nando Romero to make the kick off. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nando Romero in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dubardo Soto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Macerio Mangas took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sergi Griego. Sergi Griego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Sergi Griego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlo Hidalgo in the 87th minute. 96 minutes into the match, choripanes fc's goal looked a bit too open when Macerio Mangas came free, but Sergi Griego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Santa Gertrudis SD left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than choripanes fc.
