Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Loren Alfaro took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Alella's Loren Alfaro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ranolfo Paz. Ranolfo Paz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Sant Andreu Salou FC's Esteban Checa suffered a sore thigh after 6 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Ernesto Zubiaga fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alella's protests and gave Ernesto Zubiaga a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th match minute, Alella was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Zubiaga to maneuver through the defense. Severino Avila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Joan Galdamez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Xosepin Estrada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sant Andreu Salou FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alella the free kick. If Ernesto Zubiaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Loren Alfaro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ranolfo Paz. The goal made the score 2-0. Ernesto Zubiaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ranolfo Paz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roger Rossello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ranolfo Paz having to interfere. Joan Galdamez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Avila in the 35th minute of play. Severino Avila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alella's Joan Galdamez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Avila in the 42nd minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Severino Avila was the one to do the kick off. Lluis Rua kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Loren Alfaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Ranolfo Paz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 69 minutes, Ernesto Zubiaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alella's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernesto Zubiaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Loren Alfaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Zubiaga in the 72nd minute of play forced Sant Andreu Salou FC's goalkeeper Ranolfo Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Loren Alfaro in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ranolfo Paz saved Sant Andreu Salou FC from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Loren Alfaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alella's supporters rose to their feet, but Loren Alfaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ranolfo Paz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Zubiaga in the 84th minute of play forced Sant Andreu Salou FC's goalkeeper Ranolfo Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ranolfo Paz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Loren Alfaro's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Ranolfo Paz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Zubiaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
