Valentín Montaña was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abejundio Irureta kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Giraldo Ucero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zavier Litago in the 12th minute. Giraldo Ucero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abejundio Irureta, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Valentín Montaña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Galo Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Zavier Litago kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Giraldo Ucero. That made the score 1-1 in the 19 minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Rosalio Baeza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abejundio Irureta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giraldo Ucero having to interfere. In the 29th minute of the match Koldo Garate sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giraldo Ucero skillfully saved the ball. In the 31st minute, Garikoitz Coello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes in the game, Abejundio Irureta fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Giraldo Ucero having to interfere. Zavier Litago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Venta De Los Santos AFC's zone, Abejundio Irureta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giraldo Ucero came out of the goal and Abejundio Irureta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rosalio Baeza was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abejundio Irureta in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giraldo Ucero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Giraldo Ucero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zavier Litago in the 59th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Venta De Los Santos AFC's zone, Abejundio Irureta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giraldo Ucero came out of the goal and Abejundio Irureta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tiscamanita AFC's Valentín Montaña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosalio Baeza in the 68th minute of play. After some careless play in the Venta De Los Santos AFC defense, Abejundio Irureta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giraldo Ucero. The Venta De Los Santos AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giraldo Ucero should have stopped the shot. Tiscamanita AFC's Valentín Montaña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosalio Baeza in the 87th minute of play. When Allande Verdu fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tiscamanita AFC's protests and gave Allande Verdu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th minute, Allande Verdu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Valentín Montaña managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Venta De Los Santos AFC's Galo Torres fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tiscamanita AFC's Allande Verdu got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The referee ordered Allande Verdu off the ground. After a rather tough play, Tiscamanita AFC's Allande Verdu got a free kick in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tiscamanita AFC had won after a very even match.
