If Guillen Madariaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Servillas's goalkeeper Anibal Serra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Servillas's Nesto Fonticoba got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute of the match Anastasio Rua shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anibal Serra showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Anastasio Rua kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Natal Lastras kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Sanlucar De Guadiana's Guillen Madariaga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anibal Serra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Anibal Serra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaizka Barroso went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Gaizka Barroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guillen Madariaga struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Anibal Serra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sanlucar De Guadiana. In the 35th minute, Gaizka Barroso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sanlucar De Guadiana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Sanlucar De Guadiana's zone, Kaiet Cabada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tipi Grau came out of the goal and Kaiet Cabada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manolo Jaraba was the one to do the kick off. Tipi Grau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolo Jaraba in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54thth minute of the game Manolo Jaraba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sanlucar De Guadiana's Tipi Grau was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 56th minute Manolo Jaraba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tipi Grau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sanlucar De Guadiana's Tipi Grau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolo Jaraba in the 61st minute of play. Kaiet Cabada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Tipi Grau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Manolo Jaraba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Sanlucar De Guadiana booed when Servillas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Valverde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amerigo Garrido charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 78 played minutes Sanlucar De Guadiana got a freekick which was hit by Guillen Madariaga. Guillen Madariaga was in a good position and ended up with the ball after Sanlucar De Guadiana's free kick, but he didn't get a good hit on the ball and blazed it high and to the right of the goal. Gaizka Barroso struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Anibal Serra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sanlucar De Guadiana. Guillen Madariaga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Anibal Serra made a huge save. After having played for 91 minutes, Manolo Jaraba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Servillas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manolo Jaraba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Anastasio Rua fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sanlucar De Guadiana's protests and gave Anastasio Rua a yellow card for diving instead. After 93 played minutes Sanlucar De Guadiana got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Rua.
