Gregory Campello could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Ximo Alcantara made a huge save. With a little luck, Sitges's Ximo Alcantara got control of the ball when Gregory Campello tried to sneak it across the goal line. Llope Santalla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Gala in the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Natanael Aballe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute Atilano Bergada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ximo Alcantara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Llope Santalla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berriotxoa Palencia, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Evaristo Gala managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sitges's supporters rose to their feet, but Evaristo Gala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Llope Santalla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Llope Santalla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evaristo Gala in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, Sitges's Leonides Grau got a free kick in the 90th minute.
