The audience thought a goal was coming when Franco Caminero got free with Mané Benito in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raúl Flores received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Mané Benito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mané Benito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raúl Flores in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raúl Flores in the 29th minute of play forced Escañuela FC's goalkeeper Mané Benito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Escañuela FC's goalkeeper Mané Benito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claus Zafrilla. In the 31st match minute, Escañuela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martín Valverde to maneuver through the defense. After 34 minutes, Ricardo Munoz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Drono FC and the Escañuela FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Escañuela FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. García Aceves kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Oro Palencia struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Angelo Alonso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escañuela FC. After the first half Escañuela FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pere Cabanela made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Sinforiano De Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Escañuela FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sinforiano De Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Alonso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Claus Zafrilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Franco Caminero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pere Cabanela did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Angelo Alonso 60 minutes into the match. Drono FC's Angelo Alonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pere Cabanela in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Claus Zafrilla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mané Benito was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Pere Cabanela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Angelo Alonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raúl Flores fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mané Benito having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claus Zafrilla in the 76th minute of play forced Escañuela FC's goalkeeper Mané Benito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claus Zafrilla scored 3-3 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mané Benito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
