Felipo Alarcon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Killian Mbappè having to make a save. Aiert Carrasco struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Killian Mbappè didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jun FC. In the 16thth minute of the game Isidoro Reyes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jun FC's Eliazar Alcantara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th minute, Uzuri Verdu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodrigo Figueroa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xelo March charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xelo March the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Xelo March hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After having played for 27 minutes, Aiert Carrasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jun FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aiert Carrasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felipo Alarcon took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Killian Mbappè. Killian Mbappè dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Haroldo Jofre shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 38 minutes into the match, Jun FC's goalkeeper Eliazar Alcantara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Reyes. After 39 minutes, Roberto Jorquera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jun FC and the Gata de Cueva CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Jun FC defense, Rodrigo Figueroa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eliazar Alcantara. The Jun FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eliazar Alcantara should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Reyes in the 44th minute of play forced Jun FC's goalkeeper Eliazar Alcantara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 played minutes Jun FC got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Jorquera.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isidoro Reyes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jorge Griful's late challenge caught a Gata de Cueva CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Griful helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gata de Cueva CF booed when Jun FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Griful didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute Isidoro Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliazar Alcantara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Gata de Cueva CF's Killian Mbappè got control of the ball when Felipo Alarcon tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gata de Cueva CF's zone, Felipo Alarcon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Killian Mbappè came out of the goal and Felipo Alarcon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodrigo Figueroa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gata de Cueva CF's Killian Mbappè proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Gata de Cueva CF from getting a goal against them. Eliazar Alcantara came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Gata de Cueva CF's Isidoro Reyes. But to his dismay, Isidoro Reyes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After 78 minutes, Roberts Lewandowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gata de Cueva CF and the Jun FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roberts Lewandowski hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, one of Gata de Cueva CF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gata de Cueva CF. Rio Landa hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Maurin Arenas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Eliazar Alcantara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Figueroa in the 91st minute of the match. In the 94th minute Rodrigo Figueroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliazar Alcantara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jun FC played a much better game than Gata de Cueva CF and deserved their victory. The Gata de Cueva CF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
