An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Santalla in the 30th minute of play forced Chimparra UD's goalkeeper Florian Bermejo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Chimparra UD's Nicholas Palomar got a free kick in the 31st minute. When Mateo Santalla fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aldaia's protests and gave Mateo Santalla a yellow card for diving instead. Mateo Santalla kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The supporters of Aldaia booed when Chimparra UD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cefero Soler didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute of the match, Mateo Santalla got a very nice opportunity to score, but Florian Bermejo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Arturo Freire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Florian Bermejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Mateo Santalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicholas Palomar charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicholas Palomar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 77 minutes into the match, Chimparra UD's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Freire came free, but Florian Bermejo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mateo Santalla took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florian Bermejo. Florian Bermejo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Alfredo Esteban took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rubén Pedriza. Aldaia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mateo Santalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Florian Bermejo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Florian Bermejo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Freire in the 93rd minute of play.
