Herminio Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorio Reyes in the 27th minute of play. Wilfredo Pujol succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Baleren Reyes took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herminio Sanz. Herminio Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Dorio Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Pepe Lara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilfredo Pujol in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute Elpidio Zamora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pepe Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Txema Cuevas fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pintueles AD's protests and gave Txema Cuevas a yellow card for diving instead. Pintueles AD's Pepe Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Zamora in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Cordarin Guijarro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sant Nicolau AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Pepe Lara made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Anchel Naranjo sent off a good shot on target. Belmiro Acarreta kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, Pintueles AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baleren Reyes to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Elpidio Zamora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sant Nicolau AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
