Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lareu SD's Llanos Candela started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the game, Lareu SD's Bahiano De la Torre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sofronio Aznar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Valdègrana's Ion Aguilar got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 10 minutes, Llanos Candela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lareu SD and the Valdègrana players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Lareu SD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Llanos Candela to maneuver through the defense. In the 13thth minute of the game Llanos Candela who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Valdègrana's Sofronio Aznar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Braulio Griego's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fresco Sabina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Llanos Candela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lareu SD's supporters rose to their feet, but Llanos Candela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sofronio Aznar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fresco Sabina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ion Aguilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fresco Sabina stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ion Aguilar's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Valdègrana's Braulio Griego got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Xuan Aceves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bahiano De la Torre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sofronio Aznar having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Valdègrana's Braulio Griego sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fresco Sabina narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Valdègrana booed when Lareu SD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Serrano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Braulio Griego might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fresco Sabina. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Braulio Griego ran back to his position shaking his head. Bahiano De la Torre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Sofronio Aznar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teo Gandia during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute, Teo Gandia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valdègrana's Sofronio Aznar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Llanos Candela in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Braulio Griego to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Lareu SD's Fresco Sabina got control of the ball when Braulio Griego tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lareu SD's Bahiano De la Torre got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Lareu SD getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Benjamin Santos hit a great ball. After 72 played minutes Lareu SD got a freekick which was hit by Olivar Morado. 75 minutes into the game, Ion Aguilar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fresco Sabina. Ion Aguilar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 82nd match minute, Valdègrana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Belarmo Salazar to maneuver through the defense. Marcelino Arias hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Braulio Griego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fresco Sabina having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
