In the 26thth minute of the game Josu Mayor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liñarejos FC's Lucero Darroja was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Josu Mayor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucero Darroja read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. If Francis Serrano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucero Darroja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Cuevas in the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Josu Mayor to strike the kick off in the second half. If Francis Serrano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. After 61 minutes of play, Liñarejos FC's Oto Paredes made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After 82 played minutes Liñarejos FC got a freekick which was hit by Fran Calderon.
