Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Juan-Francisco Ecija made the kick off and thus started the match. 5 minutes into the match, San Fernando CD's goal looked a bit too open when Juan-Francisco Ecija came free, but Aristeo Cordoba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aristeo Cordoba came out of the goal and Carmelo Fresnos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th match minute, Orihuela Deportiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miro Etxeberria to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Goyo Abasalo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orihuela Deportiva's supporters rose to their feet, but Goyo Abasalo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristeo Cordoba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 16 minutes, Juan-Francisco Ecija managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orihuela Deportiva's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan-Francisco Ecija was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th match minute, San Fernando CD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julián Guasch to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Orihuela Deportiva's goalkeeper Cordarell Fuentes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luar Estruch charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luar Estruch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Luar Estruch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aristeo Cordoba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Fresnos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Orihuela Deportiva booed when San Fernando CD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julián Guasch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carmelo Fresnos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Aristeo Cordoba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute Juan-Francisco Ecija shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristeo Cordoba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mark Sobrado charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mark Sobrado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to San Fernando CD getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Mark Sobrado hit a great ball. Juan-Francisco Ecija received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Aristeo Cordoba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cris Comas in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aristeo Cordoba saved San Fernando CD from getting behind. If Juan-Francisco Ecija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carmelo Fresnos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orihuela Deportiva's Juan-Francisco Ecija suffered a sore thigh after 62 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edmundo Alarcon during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd minute Carmelo Fresnos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristeo Cordoba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristeo Cordoba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Fresnos in the 74th minute of play. Carmelo Fresnos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aristeo Cordoba having to make a save. Carmelo Fresnos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristeo Cordoba having to interfere. Carmelo Fresnos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aristeo Cordoba having to make a save. When Mark Sobrado was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played. A collision led to San Fernando CD getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Mark Sobrado hit a great ball. Quico Mayor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aristeo Cordoba. San Fernando CD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Orihuela Deportiva had played much better football throughout.
