An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnny Fensvang in the 16th minute of play forced Fuglsang FC's goalkeeper Fabian Jeberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Alme FC's Hjalmar Breuner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabian Jeberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Marco Flarup made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Gert Bigard sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gert Bigard during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 41 minutes, Orla Mondahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fuglsang FC and the Alme FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sigvard Maibohm struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Marco Flarup didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fuglsang FC. If Gert Bigard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bertil Kreilgaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
