The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. René Bierring received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Taus Wackers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the game, Lennart Løffmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sønderlev AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fyllested the free kick. A collision led to Sønderlev AC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Lennart Løffmann hit a great ball. Sønderlev AC's Frantz Jattrup shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 15th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Caspar Dines but with some difficulty. After 18 minutes, Edward Snegom mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sønderlev AC and the Fyllested players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edward Snegom kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Edward Snegom was shown his second yellow card after 19 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. After a defensive mix-up in Sønderlev AC's zone, René Bierring stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Taus Wackers came out of the goal and René Bierring tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 26th minute, Sønderlev AC's Chrestian Nauheimer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Caspar Dines. Caspar Dines yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Chrestian Nauheimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Caspar Dines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eddi Ludemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 37 minutes, Harry Gejsing managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sønderlev AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harry Gejsing was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, Fyllested's René Bierring sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Taus Wackers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chrestian Nauheimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lennart Løffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Caspar Dines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Chrestian Nauheimer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Caspar Dines. Fyllested's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chrestian Nauheimer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Sønderlev AC's Lennart Løffmann got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Caspar Dines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chrestian Nauheimer in the 65th minute of the match. Chrestian Nauheimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Caspar Dines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caspar Dines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chrestian Nauheimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliver Turan tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Caspar Dines. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-0 in the 75th minute. Lennart Løffmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Caspar Dines. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lennart Løffmann ran back to his position shaking his head. When Eddi Ludemann came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Fyllested fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eddi Ludemann couldn't finish the play. In the 87th match minute, Sønderlev AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olfert Abildrose to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Maurits Mender hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Sønderlev AC's Børge Sommerland tried to score from far away in the 92nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute Chrestian Nauheimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caspar Dines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
