The score was 1-0 after a penalty in the 11th minute, where Ellesø AC:s Asgar Skarre tricked Qadisiyah FC:s Ejvin Belgau with a difficult ball by the left post. Henrik Kjeldgaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, Qadisiyah FC's goalkeeper Ejvin Belgau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrik Kjeldgaard. Niko Wedin hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. When Henrik Kjeldgaard came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Ellesø AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrik Kjeldgaard couldn't finish the play. Ejvin Belgau made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Henrik Kjeldgaard sent off a good shot on target. Henrik Kjeldgaards short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Ejvin Belgau to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Niko Wedin's late challenge caught a Ellesø AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niko Wedin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ellesø AC booed when Qadisiyah FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niko Wedin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Qadisiyah FC's zone, Jim Tannenberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ejvin Belgau came out of the goal and Jim Tannenberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ejvin Belgau made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Henrik Kjeldgaard sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute, Ellesø AC's Jim Tannenberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ejvin Belgau. Ejvin Belgau yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Asger Briesemeister kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Jim Tannenberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ejvin Belgau. That made the score 3-0 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Ellesø AC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Aske Sejrer hit a great ball. Qadisiyah FC's Bert Jangård got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ejvin Belgau came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Ellesø AC's Henrik Kjeldgaard. But to his dismay, Henrik Kjeldgaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Ejvin Belgau came out of the goal and Henrik Kjeldgaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Tannenberg in the 74th minute of play forced Qadisiyah FC's goalkeeper Ejvin Belgau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Qadisiyah FC's Jimmi Relme got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Henrik Kjeldgaard scored 5-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ejvin Belgau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ellesø AC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
