Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Hyrup FV's Bertrand Bjurner started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Niels Borstrøm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birger Tørnqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Birger Tørnqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Josef Redfort took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Thue Sirek. Hyrup FV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bertrand Bjurner might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sofus Rosenkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bertrand Bjurner ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Svend Hoffland during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Svend Hoffland kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Robert Aggerstrøm sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Betula BK's Sofus Rosenkvist didn't even have to move. After 32 played minutes Betula BK got a freekick which was hit by Simon Saxenberg. 35 minutes into the match, Betula BK's goal looked a bit too open when Bertrand Bjurner came free, but Sofus Rosenkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thue Sirek was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Frede Risby capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Frede Risby really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 47 minutes into the game, Frede Risby was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Betula BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hyrup FV the free kick. In the 48th minute, Frede Risby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frede Risby stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertrand Bjurner in the 59th minute of play forced Betula BK's goalkeeper Sofus Rosenkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Betula BK's Sofus Rosenkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertrand Bjurner in the 61st minute of play. Hyrup FV's Bertrand Bjurner got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Viggo Adring could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Sofus Rosenkvist made a huge save. In the 78thth minute of the game Niels Borstrøm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hyrup FV's Thue Sirek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 80 minutes, Simon Saxenberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Betula BK and the Hyrup FV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 88 played minutes Betula BK got a freekick which was hit by Josef Redfort. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Sofus Rosenkvist successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Josef Redfort tried in the 91st minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Sofus Rosenkvist a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-1. Betula BK's Sofus Rosenkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Betula BK from getting a goal against them. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
