If Günther Gandorf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jon Toklev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Franck Pilø received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Jacob Restov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jon Toklev came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Hennekesdam fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jon Toklev couldn't finish the play. If Ulrich Burnaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Therkild Hedera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gurreby FV's Günther Gandorf in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gurreby FV's goalkeeper Jacob Restov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gurreby FV's Jacob Restov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Toklev in the 28th minute of play. Ronnie Antiller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Günther Gandorf in the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of Hennekesdam booed when Gurreby FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hannibal Biering didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute of the match Hilbert Sigurjonsdottir sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jacob Restov skillfully saved the ball. Hennekesdam's Ronnie Antiller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peer Hockauf in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Günther Gandorf to make the kick off. After 60 minutes, Franck Pilø mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hennekesdam and the Gurreby FV players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th minute, Franck Pilø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dennis Litthau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Günther Gandorf's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ronnie Antiller was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. After 66 minutes of play, Gurreby FV's Günther Gandorf made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronnie Antiller was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dennis Litthau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Ronnie Antiller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulrich Burnaa struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Jacob Restov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hennekesdam. 74 minutes into the game, Günther Gandorf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gurreby FV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hennekesdam the free kick. Gurreby FV's Jacob Restov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Gurreby FV from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Hennekesdam getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Hilbert Sigurjonsdottir hit a great ball. In the 79th minute, Hannibal Biering sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hennekesdam's Ronnie Antiller didn't even have to move. In the 84th match minute, Hennekesdam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Therkild Hedera to maneuver through the defense. Hennekesdam's Ronnie Antiller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Litthau in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute Günther Gandorf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronnie Antiller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Günther Gandorf notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Hennekesdam's Ronnie Antiller. Ronnie Antiller was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ulrich Burnaa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacob Restov having to interfere. In the 99thth minute of the game Dennis Litthau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hennekesdam's Ronnie Antiller was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gurreby FV fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hennekesdam had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
