Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Terkel Rodmann kicked off to start the match. After 3 played minutes Borsholm got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Karmer. Michel Molsø didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manfred Løvild went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Oswald Meicker kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Joachim Brannet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Otto Lykkedegn was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. After 20 played minutes Sønderhå got a freekick which was hit by Stephan Koldsgaard. 24 minutes into the match, Sønderhå's goalkeeper Michel Molsø had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manfred Løvild. In the 34th minute Terkel Rodmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otto Lykkedegn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Terkel Rodmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Otto Lykkedegn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Otto Lykkedegn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terkel Rodmann in the 38th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Sigfred Hølmkjær got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Sønderhå getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jimi Stroustrup hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Sigfred Hølmkjær made the kick off in the second half. Sigfred Hølmkjær struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Michel Molsø didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Borsholm. Michel Molsø made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigfred Hølmkjær in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sønderhå's Jimi Stroustrup got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the game, Borsholm's Sigfred Hølmkjær nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michel Molsø made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 70 minutes into the match, Sønderhå's Joachim Brannet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Otto Lykkedegn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Otto Lykkedegn came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Sønderhå's Joachim Brannet. But to his dismay, Joachim Brannet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Terkel Rodmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Otto Lykkedegn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Terkel Rodmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otto Lykkedegn having to interfere. Manfred Løvild scored 3-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Michel Molsø, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 87th match minute, Borsholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oswald Meicker to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Borsholm's Nichlas Flogard got a free kick in the 89th minute. Terkel Rodmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Otto Lykkedegn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Terkel Rodmann ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Borsholm fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sønderhå had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
