In the 36th match minute, Gjesing FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tejs Dannerby to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Marko Tallov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Preben Leetmaa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Buster Svaneborg in the 43rd minute of the match. After 44 minutes, Askild Skindbjerg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lovrup FV and the Gjesing FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Askild Skindbjerg kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Gjesing FC's Marko Tallov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Preben Leetmaa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niklas Bredebo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Preben Leetmaa managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when Gjesing FC's Kristof Ibman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Buster Svaneborg came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Gjesing FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Buster Svaneborg couldn't finish the play.
