Dirch Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ibrahim Benack, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 10th match minute, Manderup FV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigfried Wested to maneuver through the defense. If Jonathan Backquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, Gylling's Jonathan Backquist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dirch Miranda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 18 played minutes Manderup FV got a freekick which was hit by Gerner Herdorf. After recieving a nice pass, Gylling's Diego Lorberg tried to score from far away in the 19th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 24 played minutes, Gylling's Mario Berkich shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dirch Miranda came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gylling reached it. Jonathan Backquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dirch Miranda having to interfere. Ibrahim Benack fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dirch Miranda having to interfere. Dirch Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Backquist in the 37th minute of the match. If Olaf Tronhammer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olaf Tronhammer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Albert Munnicke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute Helge Lundsholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Munnicke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Gylling were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Manderup FV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Diego Lorberg took the corner. Diego Lorberg made a great header on Gylling's corner, it was just that Manderup FV's Dirch Miranda managed to reach the ball for a save. Olaf Tronhammer struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Albert Munnicke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manderup FV. If Helge Lundsholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Backquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Dirch Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dirch Miranda was a little too slow when Jonathan Backquist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-1. In the 77th match minute, Manderup FV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristjan Øborg to maneuver through the defense. After 80 played minutes Manderup FV got a freekick which was hit by Marvin Bierfreund. Ibrahim Benack fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dirch Miranda having to interfere. Ibrahim Benack sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
