Albert Munnicke made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Simon Malle sent off a good shot on target. Augustus Blomstrøm kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Gylling's Diego Lorberg tried to score from far away in the 15th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Franck Galli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Backquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ibrahim Benack received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Franck Galli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ulriksdal booed when Gylling was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustav Ebbing didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sune Grænge charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sune Grænge the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ulriksdal! Therkil Uhl in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Albert Munnicke, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Therkil Uhl to make the kick off. In the 61st minute, Augustus Blomstrøm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Therkil Uhl in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albert Munnicke saved Gylling from getting behind. After having played for 77 minutes, Ibrahim Benack managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gylling's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ibrahim Benack was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Simon Malle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Munnicke having to interfere.
