Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Willy Swindells showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thue Gerald in the 3rd minute of the match. A hard shot 5 in the game by Arvid Engfalk from a close distance when the talented Gordon Letoft managed to make a qualified save. Aarestrup FV's players were relieved. 6 minutes into the match, Aarestrup FV's goalkeeper Gordon Letoft had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arvid Engfalk. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jannich Setting during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Flødstrup's Sigmund Mildam got a free kick in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Sigfred Kølerstrøm dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gordon Letoft, 1-0. Arvid Engfalk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gordon Letoft read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Arvid Engfalk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gordon Letoft. Arvid Engfalk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco Tofthøi during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gordon Letoft took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigfred Kølerstrøm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Marcus Gørboe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willy Swindells saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 49 minutes into the game, one of Flødstrup:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sigfred Kølerstrøm to strike the kick off in the second half. After 57 minutes, Sigfred Kølerstrøm mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flødstrup and the Aarestrup FV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Flødstrup's Sigfred Kølerstrøm got a free kick in the 57th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Milton Støier during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Milton Støier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Aarestrup FV's Marcus Gørboe ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Willy Swindells. Willy Swindells yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Sigfred Kølerstrøm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sigfred Kølerstrøm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gordon Letoft tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sigfred Kølerstrøm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gordon Letoft having to interfere. After having played for 84 minutes, Thue Gerald managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aarestrup FV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thue Gerald was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Flødstrup's zone, Marcus Gørboe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willy Swindells came out of the goal and Marcus Gørboe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Flødstrup getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Allan Skanvig hit a great ball. Marcus Gørboe struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Willy Swindells didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aarestrup FV. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
