Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Franz Ringgaard took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Samuel Mender hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 5 minutes into the match, Maarup's goal looked a bit too open when Franz Ringgaard came free, but Petter Exxon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petter Exxon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hassan Maltesen in the 6th minute of the match. Frank Syv hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Valter Byfoged charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valter Byfoged the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 13 played minutes Hesselballe FV got a freekick which was hit by Valter Byfoged. Ditlev Skovning, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Valter Byfoged kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Zakarias Hvam successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Hesselballe FV's Franz Ringgaard got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Anders Capell came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Maarup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anders Capell couldn't finish the play. Zakarias Hvam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Plahn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. George Nitteborg kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Plahn to make the kick off. Petter Exxon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hassan Maltesen in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute Franz Ringgaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petter Exxon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Valter Byfoged was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. A collision led to Hesselballe FV getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Valter Byfoged hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Franz Ringgaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 71 minutes into the game, Anders Capell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Zakarias Hvam was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 79th minute of the match Ditlev Skovning sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zakarias Hvam skillfully saved the ball. Erik Plahn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Hesselballe FV's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Syv came free, but Zakarias Hvam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th minute, Erik Plahn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maarup were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hesselballe FV for a fine match.
