William Wifstrand could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Hasan Feltsing made a huge save. William Wifstrand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Hasan Feltsing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Oscar Maack was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Horne AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Killerup the free kick. After 14 minutes of play Horne AC's Oscar Maack was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Oscar Maack kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Horne AC's zone, William Wifstrand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hasan Feltsing came out of the goal and William Wifstrand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hasan Feltsing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godtfred Trodyb, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Johnni Bække blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eddy Coltau having to make a save. Killerup's Eddy Coltau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerner Østervang in the 21st minute of play. If William Wifstrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eddy Coltau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnni Bække in the 25th minute of play. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Horne AC's goalkeeper Hasan Feltsing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Johnni Bække came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Horne AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johnni Bække couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Killerup's goalkeeper Eddy Coltau, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 43 minutes into the match, Horne AC's goalkeeper Hasan Feltsing had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by William Wifstrand. Johnni Bække received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Eddy Coltau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Godtfred Trodyb was the one to do the kick off. When Killerup's William Wifstrand in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Horne AC's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Killerup booed when Horne AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thor Eberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hasan Feltsing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Wifstrand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. William Wifstrand scored 1-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hasan Feltsing, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Wifstrand in the 74th minute of play forced Horne AC's goalkeeper Hasan Feltsing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute Godtfred Trodyb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasan Feltsing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gerner Østervang came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Horne AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerner Østervang couldn't finish the play. If Johnni Bække had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Godtfred Trodyb came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Killerup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godtfred Trodyb couldn't finish the play. Killerup's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
