When Bastian Frohlich fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oberohe's protests and gave Bastian Frohlich a yellow card for diving instead. After 21 played minutes Oberohe got a freekick which was hit by Bastian Frohlich. Per-Otto Nagel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Günther Westphal in the 23rd minute of play. Clemens Bittel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norman Breitenbach in the 28th minute. Jorge Watzl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Per-Otto Nagel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. After some careless play in the Oberohe defense, Jorge Watzl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Per-Otto Nagel. The Oberohe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per-Otto Nagel should have stopped the shot. If Norman Breitenbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximilian Seidenfad was the one to do the kick off. Norman Breitenbach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clemens Bittel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximilian Seidenfad in the 56th minute of play. Feodor Hagen kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Clemens Bittel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norman Breitenbach in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, AHA66 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giacomo Wacker to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Oberohe's goalkeeper Per-Otto Nagel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Günther Westphal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norman Breitenbach in the 75th minute of play forced AHA66's goalkeeper Clemens Bittel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AHA66's Jorge Watzl got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute, AHA66's Jorge Watzl ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Per-Otto Nagel. Per-Otto Nagel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Jorge Watzl struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Per-Otto Nagel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AHA66. Feodor Hagen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Otto Nagel having to interfere. Feodor Hagen's shot from long distance in the 91st minute was not bad at all, but Oberohe's Per-Otto Nagel knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. A collision led to AHA66 getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Ruben Teuchner hit a great ball. AHA66's Clemens Bittel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximilian Seidenfad in the 96th minute of play. AHA66's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
