The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Achaz Satrapa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Norman Mühlenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Norman Mühlenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Achaz Satrapa in the 13th minute of play. When Anton Bresonik fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dessl's protests and gave Anton Bresonik a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Hinter Olsnitzmühle booed when Dessl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Bresonik didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Achaz Satrapa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Hinter Olsnitzmühle's Norman Mühlenberg. Norman Mühlenberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Dessl's Achaz Satrapa in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Mathieu Vogel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Johannes-Paul Voßkühler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benni Ziegler might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Johannes-Paul Voßkühler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benni Ziegler ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Achaz Satrapa to make the kick off. A collision led to Hinter Olsnitzmühle getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Edgar Wagner hit a great ball. In the 63rdth minute of the game Benni Ziegler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dessl's Johannes-Paul Voßkühler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Achaz Satrapa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norman Mühlenberg having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Hinter Olsnitzmühle's zone, Anton Bresonik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norman Mühlenberg came out of the goal and Anton Bresonik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Achaz Satrapa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Norman Mühlenberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. A hard shot 78 in the game by Anton Bresonik from a close distance when the talented Norman Mühlenberg managed to make a qualified save. Hinter Olsnitzmühle's players were relieved. Benni Ziegler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute.
