Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lars Werlich started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute of the match, Einar Steinmetz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Joost Hummel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lars Werlich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lars Werlich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josip Matt having to interfere. If Domenico Frohwein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Simon Eifler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Loosers FC's Julius Fulda tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Einar Steinmetz in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joost Hummel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 40 minutes into the match, Loosers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Werlich came free, but Josip Matt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Obersalwey booed when Loosers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johannes Hoffmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lars Werlich was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 45th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arminius Fischer to make the kick off. If Björn Blank had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Reinhard Versen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torsten Schindler kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After 64 minutes of play, Loosers FC's Einar Steinmetz made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joost Hummel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joost Hummel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arminius Fischer, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Einar Steinmetz in the 74th minute of play forced Obersalwey's goalkeeper Joost Hummel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lars Werlich might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Josip Matt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lars Werlich ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Einar Steinmetz in the 80th minute of play forced Obersalwey's goalkeeper Joost Hummel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Obersalwey's goal looked a bit too open when Einar Steinmetz came free, but Joost Hummel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joost Hummel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arminius Fischer in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, Arminius Fischer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Joost Hummel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Loosers FC's Julius Fulda got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Many of Obersalwey's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Obersalwey may have spent more time on the ball, but Loosers FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
