Gottlieb Deuss hit a great ball. Gottlieb Deuss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Benjamin Ernstberger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Ernstberger made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Klemens Paulsen sent off a good shot on target. Benjamin Ernstberger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gottlieb Deuss, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Lawrence Hennrich hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After having played for 30 minutes, Edmund Gillen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Enno Riemer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Gillen in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to Dresden Głogów getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Ewald Fülberth hit a great ball. Benjamin Ernstberger was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lawrence Hennrich showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 42 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gottlieb Deuss to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Offenbach Kickers's Eduard Bendel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enno Riemer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 71 minutes into the match, Offenbach Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Gottlieb Deuss came free, but Benjamin Ernstberger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maiko Steininger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edmund Gillen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enno Riemer having to make a save. Offenbach Kickers's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
