Achim Theuer hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Dietrich Zeiss, 3 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 5 minutes into the game, FC Spartak's Pitt Nowak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lysander Gundelach made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, FC Spartak's Philipp Schäfer got a free kick in the 11th minute. After 14 minutes, Helge Striegel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oferdingen and the FC Spartak players grew even worse after the yellow card. Flo Fackler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Battista Schmelzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Oferdingen getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Maurice Faust hit a great ball. Oferdingen's Lysander Gundelach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pitt Nowak in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Daniel Dirks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Dietrich Zeiss made a precise shot to the right of Lysander Gundelach. Oferdingen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 33rd minute, Battista Schmelzer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FC Spartak's zone, Battista Schmelzer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flo Fackler came out of the goal and Battista Schmelzer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Helge Striegel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maurice Faust received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Flo Fackler came out and tried to block the shot, but Maurice Faust slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 40th minute. André Maluga struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Lysander Gundelach didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Spartak. After a defensive mix-up in Oferdingen's zone, Pitt Nowak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lysander Gundelach came out of the goal and Pitt Nowak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half FC Spartak were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Thanks to some nice moves Dietrich Zeiss could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Lysander Gundelach however easily saved by the left post. 56 minutes into the match, Oferdingen's goalkeeper Lysander Gundelach had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dietrich Zeiss. Maurice Faust kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Pitt Nowak took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lysander Gundelach. Lysander Gundelach dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Battista Schmelzer in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flo Fackler saved FC Spartak from getting behind. Lysander Gundelach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pitt Nowak, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 83rd minute, Helge Striegel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flo Fackler was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. A collision led to FC Spartak getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Philipp Schäfer hit a great ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Pitt Nowak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Spartak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pitt Nowak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Helge Striegel kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Oferdingen's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pitt Nowak 92 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcel Barth during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match was over FC Spartak could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Oferdingen throughout the match.
