Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Till Baier started the match with the kick off. When Leroy Stadler fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pernze FSV's protests and gave Leroy Stadler a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd match minute, Pernze FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leroy Stadler to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Jost Stecker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Niederbruch's supporters rose to their feet, but Jost Stecker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Achim Ockmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 9 minutes into the match, Pernze FSV's Matthäus Bernstein broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 18th minute Sergej Kienböck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achim Ockmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Pernze FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Sergej Kienböck came free, but Achim Ockmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pernze FSV getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Vicco Otabo hit a great ball. In the 27th minute of the match Benjamin Hauer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Achim Ockmann showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Achim Ockmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregor Lippold, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Gregor Lippold notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Pernze FSV's Achim Ockmann. Achim Ockmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Gregor Lippold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45th play minutes Till Baier shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Okke Achenbach and just under the crossbar into goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Okke Achenbach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Till Baier, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Erich Happel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregor Lippold in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Achim Ockmann saved Pernze FSV from getting behind. Gregor Lippold received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Achim Ockmann came out and tried to block the shot, but Gregor Lippold slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 60th minute. Leroy Stadler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Forusan Schimmelpfennig hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Till Baier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pernze FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Till Baier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sergej Kienböck struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Achim Ockmann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Niederbruch. When Niederbruch's Gregor Lippold in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pernze FSV's goalie prevented a goal. Achim Ockmann stood somewhat misplaced when Gregor Lippold came free in front of goal and shot 2-3 to the left of him in the 77 minute. In the 80th minute, Matthäus Bernstein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, Niederbruch's Benjamin Hauer broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Niederbruch's Gregor Lippold slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Achim Ockmann. That made the score 2-4 after 86 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Niederbruch's Gregor Lippold got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Niederbruch walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
