Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ali Munz made the kick off and thus started the match. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Evert Knoll put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Karl Adelfinger. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tankred Kapzan during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes TuS Bremen got a freekick which was hit by Tankred Kapzan. In the 19th minute, Evert Knoll got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Evert Knoll's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl Adelfinger was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Marc Bonhöfer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Albrecht Hörbelt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evert Knoll struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Karl Adelfinger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wutzlhofen. Evert Knoll took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl Adelfinger. Karl Adelfinger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. If Evert Knoll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 39th minute Danko von der Schulenburg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Adelfinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Danko von der Schulenburg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wutzlhofen's supporters rose to their feet, but Danko von der Schulenburg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl Adelfinger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. TuS Bremen's Karl Adelfinger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evert Knoll in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute Emanuel Tepe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Adelfinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Wutzlhofen were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after TuS Bremen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Volker Dötsch took the corner. Danko von der Schulenburg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. TuS Bremen's Karl Adelfinger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save TuS Bremen from getting a goal against them. In the 67th minute Wutzlhofen were awarded a corner. Volker Dötsch went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Volker Dötsch got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Karl Adelfinger quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Evert Knoll in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Karl Adelfinger, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Danko von der Schulenburg came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Wutzlhofen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danko von der Schulenburg couldn't finish the play. Evert Knolls short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Karl Adelfinger to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 82nd match minute, Wutzlhofen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Tepe to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute Danko von der Schulenburg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Adelfinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ole Per Ober's late challenge caught a Wutzlhofen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ole Per Ober helped the player get up and apologised. Ole Per Ober kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. When Marc Bonhöfer fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TuS Bremen's protests and gave Marc Bonhöfer a yellow card for diving instead. After 90 played minutes TuS Bremen got a freekick which was hit by Marc Bonhöfer. The TuS Bremen fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Wutzlhofen were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
