Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Aschauteiche FC's goalkeeper Kornelius Freiherr had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Götz Rahnefeld. Samson Hattermann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Marco Rietzke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 11 in the game by Götz Rahnefeld from a close distance when the talented Kornelius Freiherr managed to make a qualified save. Aschauteiche FC's players were relieved. Patrick Majewski charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patrick Majewski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The goalkeeper, Kornelius Freiherr, was totally fooled by T-Merlins's Mirco Ansatz, who 15 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 22 minutes into the match, T-Merlins's Götz Rahnefeld sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kornelius Freiherr narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rdth minute of the game Dino List who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but T-Merlins's Marco Rietzke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Aschauteiche FC booed when T-Merlins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manolo Markmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute, Erich Diesterhöft hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damir Block took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marco Rietzke. T-Merlins's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Samson Hattermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Rietzke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samson Hattermann's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 35th minute, T-Merlins's Alessio Fricke ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kornelius Freiherr. Kornelius Freiherr yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samson Hattermann in the 38th minute of play forced T-Merlins's goalkeeper Marco Rietzke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Rietzke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibor Werling in the 41st minute of the match. When Dino List came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Aschauteiche FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino List couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute Samson Hattermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Rietzke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th match minute, Aschauteiche FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunnar Tannenberg to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alessio Fricke made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in T-Merlins's zone, Samson Hattermann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Rietzke came out of the goal and Samson Hattermann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th match minute, T-Merlins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erich Diesterhöft to maneuver through the defense. After 57 played minutes, Aschauteiche FC's Damir Block shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marco Rietzke came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aschauteiche FC reached it. The supporters of Aschauteiche FC booed when T-Merlins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mirco Ansatz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dino List could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Marco Rietzke made a huge save. Dino List sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute, T-Merlins's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Samson Hattermann fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 86 played minutes Aschauteiche FC got a freekick which was hit by Till Marx. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alessio Fricke in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kornelius Freiherr prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Götz Rahnefeld struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Kornelius Freiherr didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for T-Merlins. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessio Fricke in the 94th minute of play forced Aschauteiche FC's goalkeeper Kornelius Freiherr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
