Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tammo Bachmayr started the match with the kick off. A collision led to FC Hofmühle getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Kai Falke hit a great ball. Kurt Holstein struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Milenko Heyse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Hofmühle. Tammo Bachmayr struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Nikolaos Philipp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Volkstedt FSV. If Tammo Bachmayr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Jonas Otters's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nikolaos Philipp was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Kai Falke charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kai Falke the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC Hofmühle's Kai Falke got a free kick in the 28th minute. Burkhardt Schardt was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 29th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Kurt Holstein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Volkstedt FSV getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Gernot Bechtold hit a great ball. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Volkstedt FSV! When the match had been going on for 37 minutes, FC Hofmühle's Otfried Graichen got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Milenko Heyse. In the 41st match minute, Volkstedt FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Matthias to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute of the game, Gernot Bechtold landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. In the 45th minute, Marius Trittin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Volkstedt FSV's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Burkhardt Schardt in the 48th minute. Wilfried Widmann was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Folker Fortuna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Milenko Heyse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt Holstein in the 54th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Volkstedt FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Folker Fortuna came free, but Milenko Heyse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Otters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikolaos Philipp having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Raphael Matthias kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nikolaos Philipp. That made the score 1-1 in the 65 minute of play. Folker Fortuna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Milenko Heyse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Folker Fortuna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute, Jonas Otters got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bertram Schlein blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nikolaos Philipp having to make a save. When Raphael Matthias fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Volkstedt FSV's protests and gave Raphael Matthias a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes Volkstedt FSV got a freekick which was hit by Raphael Matthias. When Folker Fortuna came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the FC Hofmühle fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Folker Fortuna couldn't finish the play. Volkstedt FSV's Milenko Heyse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folker Fortuna in the 84th minute of play. Jonas Otters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Nikolaos Philipp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas Otters in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nikolaos Philipp, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bertram Schlein could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Nikolaos Philipp made a huge save. Volkstedt FSV's Jonas Otters got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonas Otters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Nikolaos Philipp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Volkstedt FSV were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
