T-Merlins's Götz Rahnefeld got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, T-Merlins's goalkeeper Marco Rietzke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Otters. Marco Rietzke was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Tammo Bachmayr capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tammo Bachmayr really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Ramon Grütters kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Jonas Otters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonas Otters succeeded in the game's 28th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. In the 37thth minute of the game Alessio Fricke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Volkstedt FSV's Milenko Heyse was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of T-Merlins booed when Volkstedt FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Matthias didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Volkstedt FSV getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Raphael Matthias hit a great ball. Volkstedt FSV's Milenko Heyse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Götz Rahnefeld in the 45th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alessio Fricke was the one to do the kick off. Götz Rahnefeld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milenko Heyse having to interfere. Tammo Bachmayr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Rietzke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tammo Bachmayr, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonas Otters in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Rietzke saved T-Merlins from getting behind. Volkstedt FSV were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of T-Merlins for a fine match.
