Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Justus Röbe took the kick off in the first half of the match. Otto Rothensteiner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Klüting, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC P.A.O.K 1926's goalkeeper Otto Rothensteiner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Hammer SpVgg's Robert Koch got a free kick in the 8th minute. Otto Rothensteiner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Klüting, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Thorsten Kästner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomasz Diekämper having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Justus Röbe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Hammer SpVgg's Godwin Strick got a free kick in the 26th minute. Tomasz Diekämper made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Thorsten Kästner sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of FC P.A.O.K 1926 booed when Hammer SpVgg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godwin Strick didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hammer SpVgg's zone, Justus Röbe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomasz Diekämper came out of the goal and Justus Röbe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brix Baader's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Otto Rothensteiner read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Otto Rothensteiner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benjamin Klüting's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brix Baader in the 39th minute of play forced FC P.A.O.K 1926's goalkeeper Otto Rothensteiner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Benjamin Klüting shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otto Rothensteiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justus Röbe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomasz Diekämper having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Thorsten Kästner managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC P.A.O.K 1926's supporters rose to their feet, but Thorsten Kästner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomasz Diekämper breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Benjamin Klüting recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Brix Baader kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Otto Rothensteiner. That made the score 0-1 in the 60 minute of play. Brix Baader recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Klüting might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Otto Rothensteiner. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benjamin Klüting ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, FC P.A.O.K 1926's Otto Rothensteiner got control of the ball when Brix Baader tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Benjamin Klüting got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomasz Diekämper didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lukas Feckter went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Benjamin Klüting sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Udo Strauss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justus Röbe in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomasz Diekämper prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfons Kühner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
